Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh food products, we have specific return policies:

Fresh Produce & Perishables

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Products must be significantly damaged or spoiled upon delivery
  • Photo evidence may be required

Non-Perishable Items

  • Can be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original packaging and unused
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Contact us immediately at support@freshmart.com
  • Provide photos of the damaged items
  • We will arrange for replacement or full refund
