Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh food products, we have specific return policies:
Fresh Produce & Perishables
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Products must be significantly damaged or spoiled upon delivery
- Photo evidence may be required
Non-Perishable Items
- Can be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be in original packaging and unused
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us immediately at support@freshmart.com
- Provide photos of the damaged items
- We will arrange for replacement or full refund
